AA. Rose of Sharon - Five Sides or So
Limited edition 7" vinyl released by Jealous Butcher Records. There were at least a couple of variations on the inserts included with this record (I'll try and add some images one day) so it could have had more than one pressing.
Freshly ripped record and both tracks saved as 320kbps mp3s.
